What is pyroprocessing?
Pyroprocessing is a cutting-edge metallurgical process that involves high-temperature electrochemical treatment of nuclear waste. It separates usable materials from fission products. Unlike traditional methods, pyroprocessing operates in a dry molten salt medium, making it highly efficient and environmentally friendly.

BLSK Energy has the leading science and engineering team developing the only pilot pyroprocessing facility capable of commercial scale within the US.
